After graduating in 2008 with a BA hons in Accounting and Finance, I worked as an auditor for 7 years where analysing large data sets supported my later career as a mainstream secondary Maths teacher.

As my own children were identified as having additional needs, I moved towards the SEN department qualifying as a SENCO. My passion is to ensure that all children can access high quality education, breaking down barriers to learning for all.

Since April 2022 I have worked for PACT for Autism, a local charity supporting autistic adults, children and families with children who are neurodivergent. This profession can embrace my passion to support the local community.
